The rest of the day is yours.
The tents only get going in the afternoon. You are long back before the first tables are taken.

- Locations in and around Munich, 15 to 30 minutes from the Theresienwiese. Each car names the one it is picked up from; the exact address comes with your confirmation.
- Bring your licence in the original; with non-European ones, the International Driving Permit as well. All details
- Zero alcohol before driving — which is why the slots are in the morning.

Handover takes place at the car’s location. The instructor sits in the passenger seat, which is why that seat is taken.

What guests ask before booking
Can I drive with my foreign driver’s licence?
Yes. You need a valid national licence that you have held for at least a year. With a non-European licence, please also bring your International Driving Permit or an official translation — the two together are the safe route. Always the original; a copy or a photo is not enough. The minimum age depends on the car and is stated with each one.
Where do we meet, and how far is it from the Wiesn?
At one of our locations in and around Munich. Which one depends on the car and is shown on its card; depending on the location it is 15 to 30 minutes from the Theresienwiese. You receive the exact address with your confirmation, straight after booking.
Do I drive myself — and really without a speed limit?
You drive, and the stated time is your own time behind the wheel. Many sections of the German Autobahn have no general speed limit and those are the ones we head for. Where a limit applies it applies to us too — your instructor will always tell you what is possible.
What if I was in a tent the night before?
Then you do not drive. Zero alcohol applies and we check before handover — not as a formality, but because an instructor is sitting next to you. Let us know as early as you can and we will try to move you to a free slot, though with fixed slots we cannot promise it. That is exactly why the slots run during the day, not in the evening.
Can several of us drive?
Yes, but not at the same time: the passenger seat is taken by the instructor. Several drivers simply book consecutive slots in the same car — send us a message and we will keep them together. From three drivers upwards we will quote you separately.
What if it rains?
We drive in the rain — the cars and the instructors handle it, only the top speed is different. We cancel only for storms or ice; in that case we look for another slot, and if none is left we refund you.
What about insurance?
Car and drive are insured; the deductible is stated with each car. The instructor steps in before it comes to that — which is why he is sitting next to you.

After October 4, these mornings are gone.
These slots exist only for Oktoberfest 2026. Whatever is not booked by then simply lapses — the cars go back to their owners.
