What is the DRIVAR franchise model?
As a DRIVAR franchise partner, you build and operate your own regional location under the DRIVAR brand. You manage the local operations while receiving support through our brand, digital platform, marketing activities, established processes, and personal contacts.
Who is the DRIVAR franchise suitable for?
The model is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, established car rental companies, vehicle dealers, and automotive enthusiasts with an entrepreneurial background. Strong customer service, reliability, sufficient financial resources, and a long-term commitment to developing the location are essential.
Do I need an existing company or my own vehicles?
An existing company or vehicle fleet is beneficial but not mandatory. A new location can also be developed together with DRIVAR. Vehicle acquisition, financing, and insurance generally remain the responsibility of the franchise partner.
What support will I receive from DRIVAR?
You receive the right to use the DRIVAR brand, access to the digital platform, support with setting up your location, standardised booking and communication processes, central marketing activities, and personal guidance during the launch phase.
What investments and fees are involved?
The one-time setup fee is €10,000. In addition, a 25% commission applies to successfully completed bookings arranged through DRIVAR. An extended system package can optionally be added for €500 per month. Individual costs for vehicles, insurance, and local infrastructure are not included.
Will I receive territorial protection?
Regional territorial protection may form part of the franchise partnership. The exact territory is determined individually based on demand, market potential, existing coverage, and the planned business concept.
