About the Ferrari F8 Tributo

The ‘Scuderia Ferrari‘ was founded in 1929 by up-and-coming racing driver Enzo Anselmo Ferrari to fund his own racing activities. As its founder, Ferrari had already made a name for himself in Italy’s motorsport scene and wanted to take things to the next level.
After World War II, the new factory began building race cars again in 1945. The Ferrari 125C was the first car to officially bear the company’s name, competing in top events across Europe—including the then-fledgling Formula 1. The 125 was also the first Ferrari sold to private buyers, supporting the factory’s racing ambitions.
From those humble beginnings, the Scuderia’s greatest success was forged. Road cars emerged, styled by masters like Pininfarina and Scaglietti, turning these machines into icons. Driving a Ferrari became synonymous with exclusivity, making car sales even more lucrative than racing. That was the true foundation of Ferrari’s future.
